Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

Viral Fanbase is committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services. Due to the nature of our digital services (SEO, SMM, Content Creation), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as detailed below.

2. SEO & Growth Packages

For our subscription-based "SEO" and "Growth Engine" packages, users are eligible for a full refund within **7 days** of the initial purchase if no work has commenced on the account. Once the technical audit or keyword research phase has begun, we can only offer a partial refund (50%) to cover the labor costs already incurred.

3. Enterprise Services

Payments for "Enterprise Domination" and custom consulting services are non-refundable once the dedicated account manager has been assigned and the strategy workshop has been completed.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

• Ad spend paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Domain registration and hosting fees paid on behalf of the client.
• Strategy documents and competitive audit reports once delivered.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please send an email to admin@viralfanbase.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within **3 business days**.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.

6. Changes to This Policy

Viral Fanbase reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
